Brewery beach party in planning (It’s not open yet)

We finally found a fantastic location after more than two long years of distribution.  We secured a property that we think represents us perfectly.

The only issue is that no one wanted us brewing it there.  Or better said, they wanted some major changes.  While this forced us to make other plans, we are still working with the town of Rocky Hill, The State of Connecticut, the Railroad, the Pipeline and the DEP to get funds for infrastructure and a brownfields grant.

To make these plans a reality, we will be taking on investors, if you would like to learn more, please explore our Investor Page

Where?

45 Evans Road Rocky Hill, CT

Our new facility will be located on 8.16 acres of waterfront land in Rocky Hill, CT.  The property has almost 1500 linear feet of waterfront overlooking the Connecticut River.  It will become our main production brewery and distribution center.  We are planning on a 20-30 BBL brewhouse, canning line and distribution facility.  The tasting room will be on the bluff overlooking the river.  We will build you a “beach” to take advantage of the views and a second bar to create an outdoor summer tasting “room”.  Between Wethersfield and Rocky Hill we will be able to offer you both the traditional and non traditional brewery experience.   We are also planning to expand the dock to allowing for seating or even weddings.

If you read our origin story you know it was always about opening a special place.  While there is not a windmill brewery in our future, we think our riverfront plans are quite spectacular.
